A third case of coronavirus has been confirmed in Blaine County. The number of cases in Idaho climbed from five to seven, as another case was confirmed in Ada County, as well.

The newly confirmed Blaine County case is a female patient over the age of 50. She is recovering in her home under isolation and was not hospitalized. She self-isolated as soon as she began showing symptoms.

Investigators are trying to determine how she got the virus. Her case has not been linked with the first two Blaine County cases reported on Saturday.
