February’s Business After Hours will be held Thursday at Café Della, one of Hailey’s newest restaurants.
The event, open to the public, will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, at 103 S. Main St. in Hailey.
Food and beverage will be provided, along with a chance to enter a raffle, meet local business owners and catch up on Chamber-related news.
Café Della café and bakery was founded to provide fresh foods to the community, from house made pastries to vegetable-forward dishes.
It was named for Carrie Adell Strahorn, who with her husband Robert Strahorn, helped acquaint Easterners with Hailey and the West through such publications as the best-selling 700-page memoir “Fifteen Thousand Miles by Stagecoach” in 1925. Della Mountain, which looms over Hailey, was named in her honor.
It serves breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. Beverages include DOMA coffee, Rishi tea, beer and wine.
