Boulder Mountain Tour Went Right Down to the Wire

Thursday, February 8, 2024

It doesn’t get any more exciting than the 51st annual Zions Bank Boulder Mountain Tour race on Saturday. Retired U.S. Ski Team member Erik Bjornsen edged out Sun Valley’s Peter Wolter by a time of 1:13:31.85 to 1:13:32.02 after an hour and 13 minutes racing down the Harriman Trail from Galena Lodge to SNRA headquarters.

And Sun Valley’s Mariah Bredal just edged out her Sun Valley colleague Annika Landis by a time of 1:20:21.79 to 1:20.22.13, while Sun Valley’s Katie Feldman was not far behind, coming in at 1:22:39:14.

See the close finishes at the finish line, watch the racers who came from as far away as Switzerland and listen to the trombone player urging the racers on in today’s Eye on Sun Valley video.
