The coronavirus pandemic may have nixed the fun and games surrounding the annual Janss Pro-Am fundraiser for the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation this year.
But it didn’t stop 30 teams of four from showing up for a Boulderdash fun races on an absolutely perfect spring day on Sun Valley Resort’s Bald Mountain. Another 30 teams took part in a scavenger hunt across the mountain.
The event helped raise some of the $300,000 that the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation gives out in scholarships to some 800 youngsters participating in its alpine, free ski, snowboard, big mountain and Nordic programs.
