Sun Valley Tour de Force Raises Hood on Beauty and Speed

Thursday, July 29, 2021

The $3.5-million Pagani Huayra BC roadster—a work of art—caught the eyes of those who turned out for the fourth annual Sun Valley Tour de Force. Porsche wooed test drivers with its new all-electric cars. And Simmons Fine Jewelry even turned heads with its commemorative Tour de Force watches engraved with driver’s top speed.

And when the roar had subsided, it was a 1965 Shelby Cobra that beat out the supercars on Highway 75 with a speed of 223.21 miles per hour. Get a peek behind the scenes as Eye on Sun Valley’s Karen Bossick talks to the drivers and jeweler of this Tour de Force. Eye on Sun Valley's video footage was supplemented by video by Dayne Johnson of RedFish TMG.
