Learn about the history of the City of Stanley during a new program called History Days.
The Sawtooth Interpretive and Historical Association is offering the monthly event through October. And the first one kicks off today.
The program, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. will kick off with a walking tour of Stanley. Lunch will be provided by Papa Brunee on the grounds of the Stanley Museum. After lunch, participants will learn about the history of the Stanley Basin through an auto tour.
Cost is $15 for SIHA members and $20 for non-members and tickets may be purchased at the Stanley Museum one mile north of Stanley or at the Redfish Visitor Center. Or, you may purchase them by phone at 208-774-2517.
