The Chamber will present its monthly Wake Up Hailey on Tuesday, Nov. 7, at Washington Federal in Hailey.
The networking event will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. at Washington Federal’s Hailey office at 215 N. Main St.
Attendees will get the opportunity to network while enjoying pastries and coffees and earning the right to win raffle prizes.
Those who attended the last Wake Up Hailey at R. James Christensen’s Farmers Insurance Agency on River Street got to admire Christensen’s antique furnishings, including an old gas pump and railroad porter’s cart.
Christensen said he took over the valley’s Farmers Insurance agencies in 2014 because the previous owners wanted to retire.
“Lucky me,” he said. “Insurance is one of those things everybody needs. And, when you sit down with an agent, you understand what we’re supposed to do. We want to cover your assets so any time you have a bad day we can tell you, ‘It’s okay. We’ll take care of it.’ ”
Upcoming items on The Chamber’s agenda include the Turkey Trot, the annual Thanksgiving fun run.
“It’s crazy to think it’s that close,” said The Chamber’s Director Jeff Bacon.
