A Grounded and Embodied Energy Meditation Class will be offered on Saturday afternoons in Hailey during the month of March.
The class will be offered from 4 to 5:30 p.m. March 10, 17, 24 and 31 at the home of Kate Riley and Holland William, 56 Willow Creek Lane in Croy Canyon.
Participants will learn how to work with their personal energy to make a difference in their day-to-day experiences. The tools can be used for self-care, to alleviate distractions such as inner chatter, and stymie stress.
Cost is $80 for the four classes.
