Tickets are on sale for the second annual HOMEGROWN Film Festival, which will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 4 at the Argyros Performing Arts Center in Ketchum.
The festival celebrates the best of local athletes and filmmakers. This year’s films feature or are made by Spencer Cordovano, Wyatt Caldwell, Yancy Caldwell, Axel Peterson, McKenna Peterson, Karl Fostvedt, Jasper Newton, Chase Josey, Lexi duPont, Andrew Dunning, Banks Gilberti, Rafael Pease, Reggie Crist, Jeff Thomas, Joe St. Onge, Collin Collins, Wing Tai Barrymore, Colter Brehmer and Jake Strassman.
Special guest will be Charley French, the Ketchum engineer who is still racing in bicycle and Nordic races at age 92.
The festival is presented by the Friends of the Sawtooth Avalanche Center with title sponsor Black Diamond Equipment. Suds will be sponsored by Sawtooth Brewery and Atkinsons’ Markets.
Tickets are $15 for Blaine County students and $20 for adults, available at Backwoods Mountain Sports and The Elephants Perch in Ketchum, Sturtevants in Hailey or online at www.theargyros.org.
