Legal and financial planning for the golden years will be the subject of a free presentation offered Tuesday, March 5, at Silvercreek Assisted Living in Hailey.

David Wilson, one of only five board-certified elder law attorneys in Idaho, will address such subjects as guardianship and power of attorney from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the new facility at 31 E. McKercher Blvd. in Hailey across from Albertson’s.

The program is being provided free of charge by the Greater Idaho Chapter Alzheimer’s Association and Anita Northwood, the owner of Silvercreek Living.

Wilson is a partner with Ahrens DeAngeli Law Group and an elder law attorney with the National Elder Law Foundation. He focuses on asset protection and helping seniors navigate the financial maze of long-term care.

For more information, contact Silvercreek Living at 208-806-0160 or 208-720-8195. Or check out www.Silvercreekliving.com.
