The Chamber of Hailey and the Wood River Valley will hold this month’s free Wake Up with The Chamber from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, at Windy City Arts.
The business, which has been wrapping the valley in signs for 15 years, is at 1911 Electra Lane next to Sun Valley Auto Club in the Hailey Business Park near Friedman Memorial Airport. Light refreshments will be served.
Expect the Chamber’s executive director Mike McKenna to talk about the Hailey Home, Garden and Outdoor Show, which will be returning in May.
The show, which will be held in the Campion Ice House in Hailey, is teaming up with both Hailey’s Annual Arborfest celebration and NAMI’s Biking for Mental Wellness Stigma Free Ride.
The weekend will kick off at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 18, with the annual Arborfest celebration at Roberta McKercher park in Hailey.
The Biking for Mental Health ride will take place along the Wood River Trail Bike Path and finish at Arborfest that day.
The Home, Garden and Outdoor Show will be held both Saturday and Sunday with dozens of vendors providing food and drinks, home and garden wares and advice. Outfitters will also show off the latest gear and talk about regional recreational options for the summer season.
