Make the transition to spring with a Yoga and Group Acupuncture workshop at Zenergy Health Club and Spa.

The session will be offered from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 3, at the Ketchum club.

It will address the implications of the season physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically, while using yoga postures to open and align participants with the vitality that marks the season. Class will conclude with an acupuncture session to enhance the efficacy of the practice.

“Of the five seasons recognized in the traditional Chinese medical model, the most dramatic shift for me is this change from winter to spring,” said Cathie Caccia, who is offering the session along with Sandi Hagel and Lisa Lintnerj.

“The internal, still, reflective vibrations associated with winter morph into the vibrant, explosive, outward moving energies of spring. Spring holds tremendous promise and power. It’s associated with our ability to envision and dream and the clarity to make decisions that bring forth those dreams. The atmospheric energy at this time of year is of growth and unfolding into destiny.”

Cost is $45 for Zenergy members and $55 for nonmembers.
