Create a stop-motion video on an iPad. Indulge in engineering with Legos. And learn to code gizmos and gadgets during the free Innovation Day held Saturday Nov. 9.

The Sun Valley Community School will present another of its popular Innovation Days, which offer opportunities for youth to engage in fun STREAM-focused projects.

The free event from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.  is open to all Blaine County students in grades 4 through 7 and is held in Hagenbuch Hall for the Creative Arts and Middle School on the school’s Trail Creek campus.

Students may sign up for one or two sessions, which include bottle car dragsters, orienteering, Girls Who Code, a chance to play with drones and more.
