They’re considered one of the great saltwater game fishes, prized not just because of their great size but for their spectacular leaping ability and the fight they put up.
Local angler Ed Cummins will tell tall fish tales of chasing this fascinating game fish in the mangrove swamps of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula at the Hemingway Trout Unlimited monthly meeting on Thursday, Nov. 7.
The meeting, open to the public, will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, at Whiskey Jacques in Ketchum.
Cummins is a veteran teller of fish tales, having discussed his adventures chasing bonefish on Christmas Island at an earlier meeting.
