Coming to a screen near you is the Sagebrush Soiree, the Sawtooth Society's annual fundraiser on Saturday, July 25.

"This Land is Your Land" is the theme for the Society's virtual viewing extravaganza featuring a live auction, entertainment, rolling pledge, and rollicking good time in support of the Society's mission to “Protect, Preserve, and Enhance the Sawtooth National Recreation Area.”

Auction items featured during the virtual Soiree include a private dinner for 28 at Redfish Lake Lodge, vacations at beachfront homes in Mexico and Oregon, curated art, experiences, dinners, and wine. All items, including Sawtooth Experiences listed below, are available to bid on at https://one.bidpal.net/sawtooth

"Sawtooth Experiences" features the best of what the area has to offer. Packages include a three-night stay at Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch, rafting excursions, fishing trips, alpine and Nordic season ski passes, and a private pickleball tournament and party in the shadow of the Sawtooth Mountains.

Sponsors of the Sagebrush Soiree are River Grove Ranch, D.L. Evans Bank, Headwaters Wealth Management, Rocky Mountain Hardware, Sue Orb, and the Argyros Center for the Performing Arts.

Formed as an advocate for the SNRA in 1997, the Sawtooth Society champions the protection and preservation of the SNRA's nearly 800,000 acres. Key objectives are to enhance recreational facilities and services, facilitate volunteerism, access and stewardship.

Volunteerism and stewardship are at the heart of the Society’s Austin Kraal Memorial Volunteer Program. Funds raised this year through the Rolling Pledge will be directed to this vital program to provide those who love the SNRA the tools and opportunities to become its steward.

Register for the annual Soiree at https://one.bidpal.net/sawtooth  and tune in from 6 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 25. The virtual broadcast will be streaming live from the Argyros Performing Arts Center in Ketchum.

For event details, or to obtain a copy of the program, contact Executive Director Kathryn Grohusky at 208.721.1495 or kathryn@sawtoothsociety.org.
