The community is invited to a groundbreaking today at the site of Blaine Manor.
ARCH Community Housing Trust and The Housing Company will thank supporter, funders and partners and celebrate the groundbreaking for the Blaine Manor Family and Blaine Manor Senior Communities at 1 p.m. today—Monday, Sept. 21.
The property is located at 706 S. Main St. in Hailey.
The 72,500-square foot development will house 60 units—30 in a senior building for residents 55 and older and 30 in a family building.
Monthly rent for one-and two-bedroom senior units will likely range from $370 to $960, while two-and three-bedroom family units will run from $790 to $1,110, according to Michelle Griffith, ARCH executive director.
The units will be reserved for those earning between 30 and 60 percent of Hailey’s median income, or around $47,000 for a household.
