Wanted: Volunteers and ski gear for the Rotarun Ski Swap.
The Ski Swap will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, outdoors at Sturtevants in Hailey.
Powder hounds are encouraged to stock up on new ski gear and clothing and sell their old. Twenty-five percent of sales will support Rotarun programs and operations.
Admission to the Ski Swap is free; masks will be required. All marked good will be half-price during the final hour’s fire sale from 3 to 4 p.m.
"We are excited to bring the Ski Swap back to our community this year,” said Riley Berman, mountain manager at Rotarun. “It always feels like an official kick-off to getting ready and gearing up for the upcoming season, and it’s an opportunity for gently used gear to find a new home, while supporting our affordable youth snowsports programming. And, it’s a way for people to make a few extra dollars in the process.”
