The Hailey Public Library will hold its annual Book and Bake Sale Thursday through Saturday.
The sale organized by all-volunteer Friends of the Hailey Public Library will be held just west of the library at the new Hailey Town Square Building at 116 S. River St.—the former location of Copy & Print.
Hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Oct. 21-22. The sale-ending Bag Sale where patros can fill up a provided reusable bag with books and DVDs for $10, will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23.
There’ll be books galore and homemade baked goods including cookies, cakes, pies, bars and breads for sale. Money raised from the sale will support the library.
The Friends are not taking additional book donations at this time due to limited space and staff. They will hold another sale in the spring and will appeal for book donations at that time.
The money they raise goes to augment library collections and programs for all ages.
