Delve into sleep issues, prostate health and mental health concerns via three virtual health talks provided by St. Luke’s.
- Dr. Scott Erpelding, a urologist will discuss prostate health—what’s normal and what’s not-- from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9. Erpelding will discuss the male reproductive gland and the causes, symptoms, treatments and prevention of prostate issues.
- Dr. Brian Fortuin will address key factors of sleep health, as well as common and lesser-known sleep issues from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16.
- Brittany Shipley, executive director of National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI)-Wood River Valley, will discuss how to love a loved one with mental illness from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7. She will offer insight to the psychological and scientific elements of the brain that contribute to illnesses and discuss ways to support wellness.
