Women are invited to take part in a free networking opportunity for entrepreneurs on Wednesday, April 27.
The Idaho Women’s Business Center and IWBC Latinas Network is hosting “Amigas, Let’s Chat” as part of a 2022 statewide tour.
The free luncheon will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, at the Town Center West Building at 116 S. River St.
Susie Rios, statewide outreach director for IWBC will discuss “Creating Opportunities by Opening Doors” and Trish Walker, CEO of the Idaho Black Community Alliance, will discuss “The Value of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging as a Small Business Owner.”
Amigas Let’s Chat is a monthly networking in-person event held in communities across Idaho. The newly formed Idaho Black Community Alliance will be among the participants. Others involved in the lunch include the Small Business Administration, Hunger Coalition, ProjecToolSuccess, the Idaho Hispanic Foundation and Hailey Public Library.
