Italian mosaic artist and teacher Carolina Zanelli will present an art history lecture titled “What Do You Know About Mosaics?” at 5:30 p.m. tonight—Tuesday, June 28—at the Sun Valley Museum of Art in Ketchum.
A native of Udine, Italy, Zanelli will discuss the history of mosaics from ancient Rome to the contemporary art world as she shares slides.
Zanelli will also lead a two-day Creative Jump-In workshop, “Basic Mosaic,” from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, July 2-3, at the Hailey Classroom, 314 2nd Ave. South. To learn more, visit https://svmoa.org.
