Rebecca Bloom will be among the new vendors taking part in the Wood River Farmers Market when it kicks off on Tuesday, June 11. She’ll be serving up her innovative pies, which run the gamut from a salted caramel apple pie with a salted caramel and cinnamon crust to her blue ribbon-winning Brown Sugar Peach Pie.
Eye on Sun Valley’s Karen Bossick recently visited Rebecca at her commercial kitchen in Bellevue where the pie lady offered some tips on pie making that anyone can avail themselves of. Check ‘em out!
