The Ketchum Urban Renewal Agency will hold an open house on a project to build housing on a parking lot across from the Limelight Hotel on Washington streets.

The open house will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, at the Limelight Hotel. Refreshments will be served.

The City of Ketchum is also holding neighborhood walking tours to acquaint residents with its Cohesive Ketchum: Comprehensive Plan Update process. The walks will provide city staff with the chance to hear from the community about the character and scale of buildings in different neighborhoods.

The walks:

6-7:30 p.m. Monday, July 22—Warm Springs. Meet at the intersection of East Canyon Run Boulevard and Warm Springs Road.

6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 24—West Ketchum. Meet at the bike path and 4th Street.

10-11:30 a.m. Monday, July 29—Warm Springs Base Area. Meet at Warm Springs Lodge

5:30-7 p.m. Monday, July 29—Downtown. Meet at Ketchum Town Square

10-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 30—Light Industrial District. Meet at Ketchum Recycling Center at 215 Lewis St.

6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 31—2nd Avenue Transition Area. Meet at the southwest corner of 2nd Avenue and 2nd Street near Pioneer Montessori School
