Don your leis and celebrate the end of the season on Dollar Mountain on Easter Sunday when Sun Valley Resort presents its annual Dollar Dayz Cold Bowl Pond Skim.
Dollar Mountain’s crew will build a pond at the bottom of the mountain and invite skiers and snowboarders to schuss down the mountain, building up speed in an attempt to make it across without sinking. That said, points are awarded for the best sinks. Ditto for costumes.
Sun Valley will have the BBQ grill going and a live DJ performing. And there will be awards and giveaways.

Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, March 31, inside the Dollar Lodge and Pond Skim runs kick off at 10 a.m.
Overflow parking for the weekend’s festivities are available in the Pavilion where a shuttle will take skiers, boarders and spectators to Dollar Mountain.
