Will and Julie Caldwell have been named the Grand Marshals for this year’s Wagon Days.
Long a resident of Ketchum’s Warm Springs neighborhood, Will is an artist who tells stories of Ketchum’s trailing of the sheep and the indigenous peoples of Mexico in vibrant colors. He started the free Ketch’em Alive concert series more than 20 years ago and continues to organize Ketchum’s free Jazz in the Park concert series.
He estimates he has produced more than 300 public concerts for the community between the two.
Julie is a professional mediator who helped found The Advocates. She also helped establish the Women’s Resource Center, which provides resources and support to those in need in the Wood River Valley.
The 2024 Wagon Days will be held Friday through Sunday, Aug. 30-Sept. 1. The Caldwells will be feted with a Marshals’ reception Friday evening and ride in the parade on Saturday.
