The students will showcase the acts they will be performing at the District IV Drama Competition Showcases at 6 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, Nov. 19-21, at The Wood River High School Performing Arts Theater on the Community Campus.
The students are practicing the aforementioned talents, as well as costume design and audition, that they will perform at the District IV Drama Competition Showcases at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls on Saturday, Nov. 23.
Students heading to competition are Eva Hatzenbuehler, Nox Trujillo, Diana Gomez, Sophie Gomez, Bella Pecaur, Aracely Pedraza, Scout Kendall, Elise Jacobs, Sadie Driscoll, Anna Wiese and Andrea Pettinger.
The theater doors at the Community Campus will be open Tuesday through Thursday so that audience members may come and go as they wish.
“It would help to have people come out because the students really need an audience to be prepared for judges at competition,” said Karl Nordstrom, Wood River High School and Middle School drama and speech teacher.
