The inaugural Hailey Holistic Fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Sunday—Saturday and Sunday, May 16-17--at Bridgette’s Place at 15 W. Carbonate St. in Hailey across from The Advocates Attic.
Bridgette’s Place is a new crystal shop full of gems, jewelry, art and crystal bowls. The shop also offers sound baths, crystal bed light therapy and energy work
Today and Sunday Bridgette’s Place will hosted a thoughtfully curated gathering of holistic practitioners, intuitive readers, artisans and wellness vendors coming together to share their gifts with the community.
They will include 17 vendors, including a hypnotist, jewelry maker, essential oil provider, honey ladyand two death doulas—Kate Riley and Alex Taylor.
“We don’t want to be morbid. We just want to invite people to have a conversationabout wants and needs associated wih end of life and we’ll provide cards and writing prompts,” said Riley.”It’s inevitable and I in my 39 years of working in this field I’ve found that those who prepare are better off than those with no preparation.
Bridgette Aldrich who is organizing the event with the help of Mikea Knopp said she hopes this is the beginning of an annual holistic fair.
