Conservation Voters for Idaho will hold a casual community gathering to present CVI’s work from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 18, at the Wood River Sustainability Center, 308 S. River St. in Hailey.

The gathering, hosted by CVI board members Molly Page and Kathleen Eder, will feature a special guest—Rep. Muffy Davis.

Refreshments will be served.

Conservation Voters for Idaho, based in Boise, is a bipartisan organization that works to protect Idaho’s quality of life by electing pro-conservation candidates that advocate for sound environmental policies. It also attempts to hold politicians accountable for votes on conservation issues.

The group was founded with the belief that people live in Idaho because of its clean air and water and its opportunities for outdoor recreation. And it’s bent on preserving that Idaho way of life.
