Honor a loved one with a three-course take-and-bake meal. And support the Flourish Foundation’s free community programs at the same time.
That’s the idea behind the Flourish Foundation’s Share the Love fundraiser.
Purchase a home-delivered meal for friends or family in the wood River Valley from Café Della and The Haven through Feb. 15.
Proceeds from the event will support Flourish Foundation’s community programs, which increasing mindfulness and other programs promoting personal well-being, benevolent social action and environmental stewardship.
“We are inviting community members to a pay a meal forward to people they want to appreciate and love in our community,” said Ryan Redman, the founder of the Flourish Foundation. “When participants purchase a meal, Flourish will reach out to those who have been ‘loved’ near Valentine’s Day, informing them about their meal. And a three-course take-and-bake meal will be home delivered the weekend of Feb. 19 through 21, according to the recipients’ wishes.”
Cost is $100 for a three-course meal for two and $200 for a three-course meal for four. There are meat options and vegetarian options. All meals include an appetizer, entrée and dessert, and The Haven’s includes a dessert from Mary Moose.
