Get ready to see construction crews on Highway 75 north of Hailey.

The Idaho Transportation Department will begin rebuilding sidewalks and pedestrian ramps at McKercher Boulevard and East Fork Road on Monday, March 7, to bring them into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, according to ITD South-Central Idaho Project Manager Brock Dille.

Western Construction, the primary contractor, will also reconstruct a portion of the highway near the Big Wood River Bridge.

Once the initial projects are complete, crews will rehabilitate the highway between Cobblestone Lane and timber Way. The project is expected to be completed in May.
