The Community Library is abuzz with presentations ranging from a look at China’s future growth to hiking Sun Valley.

  • Scott Rozelle, author of “Invisible China: How the Urban-Rural Divide Threatens China’s Rise,” will ask “How Will the Rural Economy Support or Drag Down China’s Future Growth?” at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 28.

  • Paul Link, professor emeritus of Idaho State University’s Geology Department, will discuss “The Geology of the Wood River-area Landscape,” then take attendees on a field trip in Warm Springs and up to the Galena Summit overlook to see the effects of the volcanoes and other forces that shaped mountain country.   • Boisean Scott Marchant, author of “The Hiker’s Guide Sun Valley & Ketchum” will present a slideshow highlighting his newest release at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 30.
