Learn how to deal with Parkinson’s Disease during a free lecture sponsored by Zenergy Health Club & Spa and the Limelight Hotel on Thursday.

Alexander Tressor, the new artistic director for Sun Valley Ballet and an instructor at Zenergy, will talk about his 12-year journey with Parkinson’s Disease during a free talk at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at the Limelight Hotel.

He will also highlight exercise and nutritional options that others can use to deal with their own symptoms.

Tressor says Parkinson’s Disease is like a huge bear that falls on someone.

“We can deal with it but we have to transform ourselves,” he added.

Tressor will begin offering free movement classes for those with Parkinson’s Disease at 11 a.m. Tuesdays at Zenergy in Ketchum beginning today, Oct. 16. Jennifer Hubbard offers a class at 1 p.m. Fridays at Zenergy.

Tressor calls Hubbard’s class one of the better classes he’s taken for Parkinson’s.

Tressor also offers information free of charge via his website www.PDOnTheMove.com.  And he provides private consultation services.
