When Richfield farmer Allan Laudert fished around for something he could grow that could thrive on weeds and limited water, he landed on turkeys. Laudert kept the valley supplied with Thanksgiving turkeys for years, and today his son-in-law and daughter Mitch and Acee Lucero continue his efforts.
