Dang Chanthasuthisombot is back in Marie’s Kitchen to show lots of tips and tricks for producing sushi rolls worthy of a place at the table at Dang’s Thai Cuisine & Sushi Bar in Hailey.
Dang shows Marie how to make a Red Dragon sushi roll using sushi rice, seaweed, avocado, fried shrimp, asparagus and mahi mahi. And he shows her how to make a Yellow Dragon out of seaweed, fried shrimp, salmon, asparagus, avocado and sushi rice.
If you have time, you can also try making a Yummy Dragon out of crab, shrimp, asparagus, fried shrimp, avocado and sushi rice.
Then, dress your sushi roll with ginger and carrot straws and wasabi and drizzle spicy mayo, eel sauce and spicy kimchi sauce on it.
