Company of Fools players Matt Musgrove and Tess Worstell felt the need for a reunion with their fellow Fools so the singers from “Woody Guthrie’s American Song” flew into town just for a day centered around Oktoberfest.
Musgrove found lederhosen for he and Chris Carwithen “in the depths of the Internet,” buying them from a lady who sells them out of her garage.
And Worstell found a dirndl in Bose State University’s costume shop.
“It’s authentic, leather, and the lady told me they would stretch as we danced,” said Musgrove, who definitely added to air of authenticity to Sawtooth Brewery’s annual event.
“I love the dirndl,” added Worstell. “They even came with bloomers.”
