The U.S. Small Business Administration will show you how to keep customers from taking their business elsewhere during a free presentation from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, at the Ketchum Innovation Center, 180 W. 6th St.
The seminar, “Best Customer Service Practices,” will explore what customer service means to both customers and businesses. It will also show how providing good service ins one of the key ways to set one’s business apart from the competition.
“Customer service is crucial for business success, especially in resort areas like the Wood River Valley,” said Emmi Buck, communications director for KIC. “This will help employers and employees alike perfect their customer service before our busy winter season hits.”
