The Sun Valley Culinary Institute is now offering tours to the public.
There’s free donuts and coffee in it for those who take part.
The tours are offered each Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Culinary Institute at 211 N. Main St. in Ketchum.
“Come see why we have become one of the most important and entertaining sites to visit in the Wood River Valley,” said Connie Hoffman.
The Culinary Institute opened a year ago in a historic building that served as a grocery store for Ketchum’s pioneers. It includes an event space for food enthusiast classes, a commercial kitchen for teaching aspiring chefs and a bakery upstairs.
It can be rented for small private parties, and food classes can be arranged as entertainment for birthday and other parties.
