A Pickleball Exhibition and Dinner with John McEnroe, a Garden Totem and an All Seasons Sports Package will be among the live auction items at this year’s Ceramics in the Garden.


The event, formerly known as Tuscany in the Garden, benefits Boulder Mountain Clayworks. It will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 16, at the Sawtooth Botanical Garden south of Ketchum.


This year’s live auction items will include a Stanley Adventure Weekend, an encaustic painting by Jodie Stejer and a Zenergy pass. There also will be raffle prizes and silent auction items.


Tickets are $100 and include complimentary wine cups made by Boulder Mountain Clayworks potters, pizza from Ketchum Grill’s pizza truck and food from such local caterers as Better Ask Brenda, At Your Services Catering, Salted Sprig, Sun Valley Culinary Institute and NourishMe.

Boulder Mountain Clayworks is a nonprofit organization located at 471 E. 10th St., No. B6, in Ketchum. It offers Youth Clay Summer Camps with such themes as Around the World in Five Days, And the Grammy Goes To… and From the Stone Age to the Ice Age. It also offers adult workshops.


Every winter it invites the community in to make bowls for the Empty Bowls soup and salad fundraiser that has raised money for The Hunger Coalition and Blaine County Charitable Fund.
