Liz Roquet figures having the 2025 Audi FIS World Cup Finals in Sun Valley is reason to celebrate.

So, she and her staff at Lizzy’s Coffee concocted the World Coupe—a play on the World Cup--for their coffee bar, which sits across Highway 75 from the Knob Hill Inn in Ketchum.

The World Coupe features espresso and Lizzy’s house-made coffee syrup shaken over ice and topped with Lizzy’s house-made coffee cream. All it needs is you to sip like a champion!

It’s served in a coupe or champagne glass the diameter of a softball.

“It’s so cool we have the World Cup here. Why not celebrate with something new!?” said Roquet.

The coffee can be ordered to go and taken to the race arena at Bald Mountain’s Warm Springs. But the fun is sipping it in a coupe glass while the coffee bar is open from 8 to 11 a.m., said Roquet. And it’s good to the last drop.

“We bought a bunch of the glasses for this, but we will use them again,” she added.
