Head into your interior wilderness to meet your secret biospheres when Heidi Kraay, a writer-in-residence at the Hemingway House in Ketchum, presents a free “Into Your Wild” workshop.


The workshop will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, at The Community Library in Ketchum. The workshop is in-person only with registration available at https://thecommunitylibrary.libcal.com/event/14228776.


Kraay, a playwright, will guide 12 participants through breathing, stillness, resting, somatic felt-sensing and guided meditation. There may be a short reading, writing, conversation, light movement and wandering.


Kraay’s work has been presented in Boise, regionally, in New York City and internationally at such venues as The Liberty Theatre Company, Boise Contemporary Theater, Climate Change Theatre Action and Boise State University.


The plays she has worked on including three exploring the monsters inside us, including  “How to Hide Your Monster.” Other projects include “12 lifetimes: A Century Cycle” and “Drown to Resurface, an album of poem songs.


She holds an MFA from California Institute of Integral Studies.
