If something were to happen to you, do you have a set of Advance Directives, a Living Will, a Last Will and Testament or after-death plans for your body?

Do you have the essential documents prepared, notarized and shared with your support team including loved ones and health care providers? And, most importantly, have you shared your end-of-life wishes with those closest to you so they know what to do?

Wendy Norman, founder of Worry-Free Wednesdays, will walk people through the steps every adult can take to be prepared for a health care crisis or unexpected death in a workshop-style program Thursday at Ketchum’s Community Library.

The program will be offered at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2. The program is in-person only with seats able to be reserved at https://thecommunitylibrary.libcal.com/event/14163924.

Norman also will lead free one-on-one End of Life Consulting sessions on Saturday, Oct. 4, with half-hour slots available from 2 to 4 p.m. Learn more at https://thecommunitylibrary.libcal.com/event/14164085.

Norman is founder of Worry-Free Wednesdays, a Bellevue, Wash.-based organization. Learn more at https://worryfreewednesdays.com/home.
