Plant seeds of Feng Shui joy and learn how to listen to animals at the 4th annual Sun Valley Joy Summit.
The Sun Valley Joy Summit is a five-day summer camp for mind, soul and body. This year’s will be held from Wednesday, June 10, through Sunday, June 14, at the American Legion Hall in Ketchum.
It will feature presenters from near and far, said Hillary Anderson, who founded the event after the Sun Valley Wellness Festival ended.
Anderson is bubbling over about her presenters, who will kick things off at 9 a.m. each morning and teach until 7 p.m. at night.

WEDNESDAY, June 10:
Darby Crouss, a substance use disorder professional from Connecticut, will talk about using neurotransmitters to create joy in everyday living
Judy Gantz, director of the Center for Movement Education and Research in California, will demonstrate how to address the fascia, a part of the body that often gets neglected, for inner and outer grace.
Alabaman Katie Rogers will discuss the importance of color in affecting our moods.
D’Laney Benson, a board-certified nurse coach, will engage attendees in transformative breathwork.
THURSDAY, June 11:
Sarah Gevirtz will help attendees discover what is blocking them from having their most joy.
Carly Belle, who works with people with Parkinson’s, will examine how people can navigate the world joyfully with what’s on their plate.
Barb Campbell, of Boise, will teach participants how to attune to the ways animals share their stories, needs and wisdom.
Bridgette Albdrich, who owns Bridgette’s Place in Hailey, will treat people to a sound bath.
FRIDAY, June 12:
Dr. Cory Szybala, a naturopath in Ketchum, will show people a functional medicine approach to maximizing time they have in life in good health.
Erica Linson, a local energy specialist, will teach moves to ground oneself and cultivate inner joy.
Gary Quinn, a longtime presenter at the Sun Valley Joy Summit and Sun Valley Wellness Conference who works all over the world, will examine the power of Akashic Joy to reduce fear and improve decision making.
Pamela Ann Ridgway will lead attendees in a country line dance.
SATURDAY, June 13:
Kristi Stangeland, will introduce a Canadian movement called Eccentrics that is a fun way to get your exercise done and feel great at the end of it.
Hillary Anderson will lead attendees in planting seeds of intention in pots in pursuit of family, abundance, health, travel. creativity and career.
Ina Song Lee will hold a ceremonial practice filled with wilderness rites of passage.
Mark Romero will show how to live music performance using vibration to change the frequency of those in attendance.
SUNDAY, June 14:
Sunny Dawn, of Boise, will offer a mandala painting workshop showing attendees how to create their own “Sacred Symbol” paintings.
Victoria Roper, a local yoga teacher, will lead attendees in an easy gentle yoga session called “Mudras, Mantras and Mindful Movement.”
Mark Romero and Dr. Lara Romero will hold a experiential session combining healing music and quantum frequency activation to achieve joy as a natural state of being.
NourishMe in Ketchum will serve an Italian vegan dinner followed by music and a fire ceremony.
