Start polishing your pickleball swing, double down on your cornhole toss and wax your golf clubs.


The Senior Games are back, set to take place on Saturday, Sept. 28.


The event will include a Pickleball Round Robin Tournament, Golf Tournament and Cornhole Bag Toss Tournament.


It’s open to those who are 50 or older by Sept. 28.


“This event is a highlight of our calendar,” said Jovita Pina, executive director of The Senior Connection. “It’s a great chance for our community come together and celebrate the spirit of friendly competition and camaraderie.”

You can warm up for the Senior Games twisting the night away At the Hop.


The Senior Connection’s annual fundraiser, supported by D.L. Evans Bank and others, will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at The Argyros, which will be transformed into a school gymnasium with chocolate milkshakes, French fries, hamburger sliders, dancers and music and a very special guest.
