Swiss Raclette and a Charcuterie Board with a Salami Rose

Expecting dinner guests for the holidays? Deli manager Jeremy Lee shows Marie Gallo how to prepare a charcuterie board in today’s Marie’s Kitchen video. He also shows how to wow your guests with a pepperoni or salami rose by folding the slices over a shot glass.

Marie, in turn, shows Lee how to prepare a Swiss raclette using quartered potatoes, mushrooms, baby tomatoes, bubbly cheese and tiny pickles and onions.

Lee, who grew up in the Sacramento area, finetuned his deli skills in North Carolina’s Outer Banks before coming to Ketchum’s Village Market three years ago. He loves his job, as it gives him the opportunity to try a variety of food and recipes. The deli here, he says, focuses on healthy foods, compared with the chain’s other stores like the one in Telluride that caters to Texans with a big appetite for junk food.
