Every February dozens of cowboys in Stetson hats crowd into Mahoney’s Bar and Grill in Bellevue, ingesting a few Juicy Lucy’s as they gird themselves for the Wood River Extreme Skijoring Races. It is, said one, the best hometown vibe on the skijoring circuit.
