Shades of Bill Harrah—the Stanley Steamer rolled down the streets of Stanley once again. And the Super Troopers were there to make sure it didn’t exceed the speed limit. The fun and shenanigans were part of the 16th annual Stanley Winterfest held recently in Stanley, Idaho, population 60.
