Mountain biking is just around the corner in Sun Valley. But just a short month ago, ski biking was all the rage on Dollar Mountain as a dozen or so men and women raced down the slopes on bikes mounted on three short skis. The riders were taking part in the third annual Muffy Davis Cup, which raises money annually for Higher Ground’s winter recreation sports. Check it out in today’s Eye on Sun Valley video.
