The garden may be put to bed. But inside the Sawtooth Botanical Garden greenhouse, the temperature is cozy, and the table is set for a Dark Sky Dinner.

The Sawtooth Botanical Garden and Central Idaho Dark Sky Reserve are presenting three Dark Sky Dinners in January and February.

Attendees will get a chance to cozy up next to the firepit with drinks from the garden’s Snow Bar, enjoy dinner in the greenhouse and then revel in the beauty of the dark night sky with local astronomers.

Dinners will be held Jan. 16 and 19 and Feb. 16 at the public garden four miles south of Ketchum at Highway 75 and Gimlet Road. Cost is $130 per person, with tickets available at  https://www.sbgarden.org/ or 208-726-9358.
