You often hear the expression “high on the hog.” But there’s a whole bunch of hogs that just plain live pretty darn high.
Pigs raised at Josh Hale’s Elkhorn Ranch South in Mackay live in view of Mount Borah—Idaho’s tallest peak at 12,662 feet. Marie Gallo and the Eye on Sun Valley film team had the opportunity to visit the ranch, which provided a pig for the Sun Valley Culinary Institute, last summer and they fell in love with the cute little piggies.
