Marie Gallo heads today to Mackay where she meets 200-plus Hungarian and Japanese pigs, including some two-week-old piggies, at Elkhorn Ranch South.
Then ranch owners Josh and Kashia Hale join Marie in Marie’s Kitchen where they discuss the jalapeno cheddar, apple cinnamon and other bratwurst sausage products they offer and show a few simple ways to cook them.
